活动时间：2020年5月26日——6月30日
活动对象：北京交通大学全体学生
打卡内容：使用Forest APP种树，远离手机，专心学习
Activity time: May 26th-June 30th，2020
Target: All students of Beijing Jiaotong University
Check-in content: Use Forest APP to plant trees, stay away from mobile phones, and concentrate on learning
打卡规则/Rules
每日截取Forest页面，如下
Daily interception of Forest pages, as follows：
在23：00之前发到群里，视为打卡成功
打卡模板：王小红，2月3日，340min+截图
最终得分=打卡天数（x/36）*100000+专注时间（单位分钟）
Send to the group before 23:00, it will be deemed as a successful check-in
Check-in template: Wang Xiaohong, February 3, 340min+ screenshot
Final score = number of clocking days (x/36) * 100000 + concentration time (in minutes)
