太阳能十项全能竞赛的宗旨是促进和推广太阳能住宅和新成果、教育学生，以及提高公众意识。为践行大赛宗旨，BJTU+团队和北京市第六十五中积极合作，为其设计了“大手拉小手”科技周的讲座和课程，内容涵盖了新能源科普、建造活动、科技冬奥等活动和主题。这一点与学校“科技教育”的理念，培养科学家精神的志趣不谋而合。
The aim of the Solar Decathlon competition is to promote solar energy housing and new achievements, to educate students and to raise public awareness. In order to fulfill the purpose of the competition, BJTU + team and the Beijing No.65 middle school actively cooperated to design lectures and courses of "big hand holding a small hand" science and technology week, covering new energy science popularization, construction activities, science and technology Winter Olympics and other activities and themes. This coincides with the school's concept of "science and technology education" and the interest of cultivating the spirit of the scientists.
大手牵小手/WILLY AND HUGH
2020年11月10日，我们团队走进了北京市第六十五中学的科技周，同时为其六十五周年校庆献礼。
On November 10, 2020, our team joined the science and technology week of Beijing No.65 middle school, and at the same time presented a gift to its 65th anniversary.

李珺杰老师精彩纷呈的讲座，激发了同学们对建筑议题的兴趣。六十五中科技处陈文香主任在采访中对北交SD工作室的专业性和人文性进行了充分地肯定，认为本次“大手拉小手”的活动不仅培育了同学们对科学的兴趣和思考，还包含着强烈的人文情怀.
Dr. Li's wonderful lecture stimulated students' interest in architectural topics. Chen Wenxiang, director of science and Technology Department of No.65 middle school, fully affirmed the professionalism and humanity of Beijing Jiaotong University SD studio in the interview. She believed that the activity of "big hand holding a small hand" not only cultivated students' interest and thinking about science, but also contained strong humanistic feelings.

在谈及对讲座印象深刻的部分时，她道，讲座中所提及的设计内容都是具有温度的，比如说姥姥家的小广场、老街中的大树下、零碳读书角等等，这些具有与新能源相关的选题，从同学们的日常入手，让前沿的课题带有生活气息和情感的温暖。
When talking about the part that was deeply impressed by the lecture, she said that the design contents mentioned in the lecture was warm, such as “the small square of grandma's house”, “under the big tree in the old street”, “the zero carbon reading corner”, and so on. These topics are related to new energy and starting from the students' daily life. It makes the frontier topics with life atmosphere and emotional warmth.

小老师进课堂/Memberships as teachers
2020年11月17日，7位小老师们走进了高一同学们的课堂，40分钟的亲切交流，拉进了小老师和同学们的距离。
On November 17, 2020, seven little teachers entered the classroom of senior one student. 40 minutes of cordial communication drew the distance between the primary teachers and the students.
在和小老师们的讨论中，同学们逐渐明确了自己的选题，零散的想法也趋于完善，纸张上随意的写写画画也开始具有了新的意义。
In the discussion with the little teachers, the students gradually clarified their choice of topics, the scattered ideas became more perfect, and the random writing and drawing on the paper also began to take on new meaning.
在课程结束后，小老师们为有这样一群善于思考、勤于动手的同学们而感到高兴和欣慰，期待与同学们再次见面，并对同学们两周后的建筑作品充满了期望。
At the end of the course, the little teachers were happy and gratified to have such a group of students who were good at thinking and hard-working. They were looking forward to meeting the students again, and they were full of expectations for the architectural works of the students two weeks later.

2020年11月17日，六位小老师再次进入班级辅导，与同学们共同交流、思考。

通过手绘小草图，制作手工小模型等方式，帮助同学们完善自己的设计，推进项目实施。

从与小同学们的交流中，小老师们感受到了同学们的巧妙的创意与想法，也从他们身上学到了很多。
From the exchanges with the school students, the little teachers felt the students’ ingenious creativity and ideas, and learned a lot from them.
关注下一代的成长和教育是我们责无旁贷的使命，绿色建筑的种子被散播在同学们的心中，总有一天，它会生根发芽。
Paying attention to the growth and education of the next generation is our duty-bound mission.
The seeds of green building are sown in the hearts of students. One day, it will take root.
