中国陳張敏聰夫人慈善基金多年来一直策略性支持香港及内地的大学和团体，开展具地区影响力的生态建设、灾后重建等相关的研发、示范与社区发展工作，曾为无止桥慈善基金等项目提供持续资助。基金会成立至今总资助额已超过八千万港元，所做工作获得了国家住房和城乡建设部及国际专业机构的支持和认同。
Chan Cheung Mun Chung Charitable Fund was registered in Hong Kong in 2008. It has been strategically supporting universities and groups in Hong Kong and the Mainland to carry out related R & D, demonstration and community development work such as ecological construction and post-disaster reconstruction with regional influence. The projects that have been supported in the past have achieved remarkable results, and have been supported and recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and international professional institutions for many years. The Fund has also provided continuous funding for the Wu Zhi Qiao (Bridge to China) Charitable Foundation in the past years. Since the establishment, the total amount of funding has exceeded HK $ 80 million.
